Concatenate arrays along a given direction.
(y)=cat(dirn, b, c, d, e, ...)
Inputs
dirn A positive integer specifying the direction along which to concatenate.
{a, b, c, ...} The arrays to concatenate.
Outputs
y The concatenated array.
